About Juliette
Juliette’s academic journey began with a degree in Agronomy Engineering, followed by a PhD in Data Science, focusing on fisheries and marine ecosystem management. She started her career at IFREMER, contributing to fish stock assessments for the European Union.
Since joining Fairagora in 2018, Juliette has risen to CEO. In this role, she leads client acquisition, project delivery, and ensures the company’s financial health while guiding its long-term strategy. A certified executive coach, she is also dedicated to team growth and recruitment.
Under Juliette's leadership, Fairagora has achieved impressive milestones, driven by her professionalism and commitment to collaboration.
Juliette believes that “the power of a team is in the diversity of perspectives”, a philosophy that guides her efforts to build an environment fostering creativity and innovation. Her vision centers on sustainable farming practices and ethical labor within global food supply chains.
Outside work, Juliette enjoys scuba diving and underwater photography and teaches Brazilian Zouk and pole dance.
Outside of her professional life, Juliette is passionate about exploring the underwater world through scuba diving and capturing its beauty through underwater photography. Her love for dance extends to teaching Brazilian Zouk and excelling in pole dance.
