About Thanyasiri
Thanyasiri comes from a farming family and has been helping on the farm since her childhood. Although she had limited time for schooling, she supported herself and earned an Associate's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration in Bangkok.
She is passionate about meeting farmers and sharing her knowledge of farming practices. Having grown up on a farm, she understands the challenges farmers face and is determined to ensure that farmers live better lives, free from child labor.
Before joining Fairagora Asia, Thanyasiri served as a public speaking assistant coach and excelled in HR and administration roles at various companies.
Since 2015, she has been deeply involved in farmers’ engagement, leading projects to support farmers, particularly in sustainable farming practices. Thanyasiri introduced farmers to a mobile application designed to help them monitor their farming activities efficiently.
Now, as Head of HR and Office Manager, she continues supporting farmer engagement and trains new team members at Fairagora. She also uses platforms like TikTok to spread knowledge and promote sustainable farming practices.
Outside of her professional life, Thanyasiri enjoys cooking, caring for pets, gardening, visiting temples, and helping homeless animals.
