Entry-Level Regenerative Agriculture Job – Associate Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in an entry-level regenerative agriculture job as an Associate. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable farming practices, keen to work closely with farmers, and looking for a long-term position. No prior work experience is required, but a strong understanding of agriculture and regenerative practices is essential.
Responsibilities
- Go on fieldwork to gather agricultural data and provide training to Thai farmers on regenerative agriculture or other agricultural standards. Create and translate surveys, interviews, PPT, and video.
- Report to FAA Project Managers on a weekly basis.
- Analyze the data collected during interviews and field trips.
- Conduct literature reviews on GHG reduction methods in agriculture.
- Write reports about the projects’ outcomes and learnings in English and Thai.
- Support the company’s external communication strategy.

Qualifications
- Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English.
- University degree in a field related to agriculture or environmental science.
- Strong skills in data analysis.
- Driving license and ability to drive during field trips.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Thailand and stay outside of Bangkok when required.
- Ability to connect with and understand the mindset of farmers.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stimulate good teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- Field experience in the agricultural sector will be an asset.
- Coding skills are a plus.
